How fast can FiberCablesDirect ship my product?

With over 25,000 different fiber jumpers in stock, most orders will ship within 1-2 days after receipt of order. Non-stock cables are shipped within 2-3 days. Custom assemblies such as multifiber are shipped within 5-7 days.  When your order is submitted, you can request a lead time and we will respond.

What guarantee do I get when I buy a cable from FiberCablesDirect?

Because every cable is individually tested and inspected, we guarantee our cables for life.  If there is any problem with an item, we will immediately replace it at no charge.

What if I want something that you don't have on your website?

There are simply to many combinations of fiber assemblies to put on our website, but we can make almost any assembly imaginable in PVC or Plenum.  Simply send an e-mail to our sales team and we will send a price quote and lead time back to you.  It's better to assume that we can make it than to assume that we can't.

Why do you promote the 10 gig laser-optimized 50 micron fiber so heavily?

We believe that this is the future of fiber connectivity.  Laser-optimized fiber supports 10 gigabit/second  transmission distances of 300 meters or more.  Although it is more costly than standard 50/125, it has a superior performance and is becoming increasingly popular.
